Why Scuba Training May Not Be For Everyone That Loves The Water

The minimum age for completing scuba training and certification is ten years old. Kids that are in high school, younger than 16, can complete the Junior open water diver certification course This type of training comes in a variety of formats including off-line classes that can be attended. You can easily find online courses for the classroom part of the training. Kids 13 years of age or younger are not eligible for this online course, which is enforced by international law. Each country has its own legal guidelines and polices that you must adhere to so keep that in mind. You may have a real desire to do scuba diving, but your physical condition and any medical issues might put others at risk besides you. This is one sport or occupation that is better to err in favor of your health, than to put your life in danger by being stubborn.
